How do I cancel my unlimited streaming contract?

About Cancellation of Contract

  1. Login with your account.
  2. Check the status of your unlimited streaming on your account information page.
  3. Please select "Cancel of Update" next to the contract item.
  4. The confirmation screen for canceling the automatic update is displayed. Select "Cancel Automatic Updates" to cancel the automatic updates.
  5. Finally, check the item of monthly unlimited streaming contract status page is set to "Auto-Update OFF".
If you are unable to turn off automatic updates, please contact us.
